I am evaluating your 5 times free trial CAN and LIN software TDSVNM. When I select RUN the software display error E:801 (Decoding) Unable to communicate with the ATM-1 trigger module?

Go to the left column and under the RUN, Results and Clear button is a pull down selection titled Run Mode. Change Singe to No Ace. Also for the software to provide data you need at minimum select the decoding type and on the configure page enter the Bite rate. On the scope display confirm you have captured at least one complete packed of data.
