Answer :
The AWG2000 series region shift function allows the user to shift portions of the waveform in time in increments far less than a sample interval. The same functionality is there in the AWG4/5/6/700 series products, it's just part of the "Quick Edit" features. Specifically, the "Horizontal Offset" is the equivalent of the region shift on an AWG2000 Series.
