Where do I find information on recommended calibration cycle for Keithley products?
The recommended calibration cycle is indirectly given in the specifications. For most Keithley products, calibration should be performed every year. In the specifications, measurement accuracy is given based upon calibration cycles. For some products, several accuracy specs appear. Each is dependent on a certain calibration cycle ranging from 24 hours, 90 day, 1 year and 2 years. The operator should follow the calibration cycle of the accuracy specification he would like the instrument to adhere to, e.g. 90 day specifications.
