The SD22 is a dual-channel 12.5Ghz sampling head specifically designed for low-noise measurements. The equivalent CSA/TDS8000 series electrical sampling module is the 80E02.
The 80E02 is also a dual-channel 12.5Ghz module designed for low noise applications. Both have approx the same (displayed) RMS noise. The typical RMS noise for the SD22 is 450uV; the 80E02 has a typical spec of 400uV.
