The solution performs signal quality, packet parameter, suspend, resume, reset from high-speed and reset from suspend, inrush, droop, receiver sensitivity, and chirp measurements.
*The TDS5000/B, DPO7054, DPO7104, DPO/MSO5034/5104, TDS7054, TDS7104, and TDS7154 are not suitable for high speed signal quality compliance. This application includes the capability to automate and/or remotely control the application through a programmatic interface with a selection of GPIB commands over a remote connection.
This software download offers free trials for evaluation. Once the free trials are exhausted, a software security key may be purchased from Tektronix to permanently enable the software application on your oscilloscope.
