The combination of the TDS6000B Series oscilloscope and the new 8GHz P7380 differential probe offers design engineers the best performance and highest measurement accuracy available on the market, giving them the tools they need to stay ahead of rapid technology advancements in today's competitive markets.
With the TDS6804B model, the user can select between 7 GHz analog bandwidth and an 8 GHz Digital Signal Processing (DSP) enhancement. The bandwidth choice provides customers with both the high analog bandwidth needed to capture today's high-speed signals as well as the magnitude and phase compensation of DSP needed to preserve the best signal amplitude and integrity at full sample rate.
Pinpoint Triggering System Now on TDS7000B
Tektronix' Pinpoint Triggering System, introduced originally on the TDS6000B, is now also available - and will be demonstrated - on the TDS7000B Series DPOs. Pinpoint Triggering enables users to quickly isolate, capture and analyse events of interest by using both A- and B-triggers mixed and qualified into almost any sequential logic combination. More than 1400 trigger combinations are possible. This capability is ideal for customers who need to "zero-in" on specific waveform areas of interest for signal integrity and data acquisition applications and fault conditions in debug applications.
MyScope Customizable Interface Improves Productivity
Also on show will be the TDS5000B Series Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes featuring MyScope, the industry's first customizable user interface, and new context-sensitive, right mouse click menus. The intuitive capabilities of the TDS5000B Series oscilloscopes simplify design validation measurements and tests so that engineers can get their work done quickly and easily.

TPS2000 Features 4 Isolated Input Channels and Up to 8 hours of Battery Operation
Newly introduced, the TPS2000 Series DSOs are designed to improve the productivity of designers and technicians requiring a powerful, general-purpose oscilloscope in a compact, portable package. They are the first full-featured, four-isolated-channel, battery-powered oscilloscopes providing an accomplished measurement tool equally adept in the lab or in the field.
When equipped with the TPS2PBND Power Bundle option including the P5120 passive high voltage probe, the TPS2000 models are capable of measuring up to 1000 Vrms CAT II from the probe tip to earth ground and measurements can be made on all channels simultaneously on voltages which are floating up to 600 Vrms CAT II (300Vrms CAT III). The TPS2PBND consists of four P5120 passive high-voltage probes and the TPS2PWR1 power measurement and analysis application software.
